7.3. Resolution and communication

COMPARTEC will notify the owner of the Personal Data of the decision adopted, within a period of no more than 20 business days from the date the request was received. This period may be extended by COMPARTEC on a single occasion for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.

Based on the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law, COMPARTEC will inform the owner of the Personal Data of the meaning and motivation of the resolution, by the same means by which the request was made, and will accompany said resolution relevant evidence, if applicable.

When the request is appropriate, it will be made effective by COMPARTEC within 15 business days following the communication of the resolution adopted. The owner may submit to the Federal Institute for Access to Information (IFAI) a request for data protection due to the response received or lack of response from COMPARTEC. Said request must be submitted by the owner within 15 business days following the date on which the
